Beech Street Recruits Charlie Mentzer to Lead Atlanta Office

DECEMBER 4, 2012, BETHESDA, MD – Beech Street Capital, LLC announced today that it has recruited Charlie Mentzer, an experienced originator with extensive agency experience, to manage the firm’s Atlanta office. “Charlie has had an impressive career and is highly regarded for his deep knowledge of the multifamily market, careful due diligence, and commitment to service that goes above and beyond,” says Chad Hagwood, Beech Street’s executive vice president-originations. “He’s the ideal person to head our Atlanta office and we are extremely excited to have him part of our growing team.”  Mentzer has been named vice president of originations.

Prior to joining Beech Street, Charlie was vice president at Walker & Dunlop’s Atlanta office “There’s a great deal of opportunity in Atlanta and the Southeast generally,” Mentzer says. “At Beech Street, I’ll have the team behind me to capture a greater share of this business.”
