Larry Sneathern, based in Dallas, has 20 years of experience in the DUS industry, with over $4 billion in multifamily origination.
For 15 years prior to joining the Beech Street Capital team, Sneathern was with PNC/ARCS Commercial Mortgage. Sneathern joined ARCS in 1996 to open their Dallas office as vice president of operations for the Southwest region. Sneathern became the regional senior vice president and was the top loan producer for six years.
Prior to his time at ARCS, Sneathern was a top producer for Eichler, Fayne & Associates, as well as for the Wyndham Group, both located in Dallas. Additionally, Sneathern was a partner at Capital Connection Partners.
