Executive Vice President, Team Leader-FHA Seniors Housing

Joshua Rosen is responsible for managing origination efforts nationwide for seniors housing opportunities for the company. Mr. Rosen brings more than 15 years of industry experience, both in healthcare and multifamily, and is based in Beech Street’s Chicago office.

Formerly executive vice president and branch manager for Oppenheimer Multifamily Housing and Healthcare Finance, Rosen has been involved with over $1BB in transactions throughout his career, including an average of approximately $100MM in yearly closings during his time with Oppenheimer. Earlier, as a vice president at Capmark Finance, he closed the first two LEAN transactions in the company’s history. Mr. Rosen began his career at Cambridge Realty Capital, where he was primarily responsible for originating and processing the firm’s senior housing pipeline.
