Elie Tannous is responsible for day-to-day operations of the capital markets department and its role in supporting Beech Street Capital’s loan production. In addition, Elie manages the Company’s closing department. With more than 10 years experience in agency capital markets and pricing, Elie is excellent at linking the borrowers’ and investors’ needs to make deals happen.
Elie came to Beech Street Capital from Fannie Mae where he most recently was director, multifamily whole loan desk. Elie managed Fannie Mae’s multifamily portfolio, loan pricing and buying decisions as well as the team responsible for the purchase/commitment of multifamily Mortgage Backed Securities and whole loans (Fixed Rate Mortgage, Adjustable Rate Mortgages, Discount MBS, and supplemental mortgages with traditional and non-traditional collateral).
In addition to his years of experience in commercial real estate finance, Elie enjoyed his role as an adjunct professor at Marymount University.
Elie received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Magna Cum Laude) from Marymount University and a Masters of Art in Mathematics (Full Graduate Fellowship) from George Washington University.
