Vice President, Originations
Brian Sykes is responsible for originating multifamily loans. Based in Boston, Sykes was welcomed to the Beech Street Capital team in August 2010.
Before joining Beech Street Capital, Sykes worked for 10 years with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage. While there, he closed over $1 billion in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and CMBS loans. Prior to his career at Deutsche Bank, Sykes was the assistant vice president of lending at Cambridge Savings Bank for five years.
Sykes holds an Associate degree in Accountancy, a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration from Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
